What it costs to put your homes behind glass — and let a visitor walk through them before they ever break ground.

Custom-only builders Don't have an existing model lineup to convert? That's fine — the Studio Build-Out fee still covers your setup (the studio itself, hosting, and branding). From there, every home is added one at a time at the New or Custom Model rate below, in place of the "up to 10 of your models" allowance.

Covers up to 20 edits on a model already built into your studio.

Locks out competing builders by zip code within a 100-mile radius of your primary market, for as long as this fee stays current.
